We had the pleasure of being hosted at the cute and industrial-style boutique hotel, The Waters in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

The Waters Hotel is in a great location – right across the street from Bathhouse row and Hot Springs National Park. You can wake up and walk across the street to some beautiful hiking trails in the National Park! Or if sleeping in is your thing, you can do that too.

We were welcomed to the hotel with a bottle of wine, some yummy granola, and this nice note!

We stayed in room number 308, a 2 queen room. Usually when we travel with the kids, we get apartment-style accommodation – or at least one room that has a door. Since we were passing through for one night, this queen room worked great for us!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in our room was the gorgeous natural light! With a background in photography, this is one of my fave fave fave things. GIVE ME ALL THE BEAUTIFUL NATURAL LIGHT!

The second thing I noticed was the brick wall. I love the industrial look of a brick wall.

Funny story: The lighting behind the bed took us FOR.EV.ER to figure out. No joke. I was 2 seconds away from unashamedly calling down to the front desk to ask them how to turn it off! Ha! The four of us were trying all kinds of things and looking all over the place for a switch. FINALLY, what seemed like 30 minutes later (it was probably 2) one of the boys figured out it was a touch light. So now you know how to turn it off. You’re welcome.

In the room was a coffee machine, small fridge, robe, and ironing board.

The bathroom had a barn-style sliding door.

The desk in the corner was perfect for me to catch up on some work. During our stay at The Waters, we were on day 9 of a 10 day road trip, so I had lots of work to catch up on!

I loved the walk-in shower with no door and only half glass. Yay for no shower curtain! I know some people probably prefer a shower door, but I love a quick in and out!

Of course, no hotel stay is complete (for the kids anyway) without a pillow fight before bed. 🙂

Make sure you get up to the rooftop to see the beautiful views of the city! We liked the rooftop so much we went up twice!

I have more photos from the rooftop and rest of the hotel property in another post – Best Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

I hope you enjoyed this room tour of a two queen room at The Waters Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Next time you’re in Hot Springs, stay here!

Have you been to Hot Springs before?!
