I’ve loved going to MLB games since I was little I’ve loved going to MLB games since I was little. I grew up a stone’s throw away from the Texas Rangers’ stadium. My husband and I have been Chicago Cubs season ticket holders the past few seasons. When we moved to Florida last year, we started taking the kids to more minor league baseball games because we had two stadiums 20 minutes away. We’ve enjoyed the minor league ballparks for these reasons: 💲More affordable for a family of 5. Ticket prices (around $8), drinks (around $4), and food are all reasonably priced at minor league games ⚾️ Less crowd = more chance for one of our kids to catch a game ball 🧢 Living in the Tampa area, we are within 1.5hrs of 6 minor league ballparks 🤝 Minor league players interact more with the fans. They sign autographs and regularly do meet and greets before the games Check to see if there’s a minor league park near you!

You can rent a pontoon or bring your own boat. Your kids will love the vendors who come around on boats and sell everything from snacks to Chick-fil-A to frozen sweet treats! Grateful for friends with boats! 🩵

My oldest wanted a small celebration for her birthday, so I gave her a list of activities from which to choose. So happy she chose a sunset dolphin cruise! It was perfect for the whole family + her friends. Still can’t believe we have the option to do things like this for birthdays now! @flippersclearwater was great 🥪We brought our own food & drinks 🚤The tour was about 90 minutes long 🐬We saw so many dolphins! 🎶The crew was happy to take song requests from the teenage girls (apologies to the rest of the passengers 🤪) 🌅Even though it was cloudy, we still got an amazing sunset 🚗Parking before the cruise was awful due to construction in the marina. Get there extra early to find parking before your cruise! (30 min + early)
